My work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps you rebuild your relationship with yourself. IFS recognizes the “parts” of you that are trying to help, even when they create struggle or pain. What if these thoughts, feelings and behaviours you are dealing with are not flaws or deficiencies but rather parts of you trying to help you survive?
